The Double Nickel Quilt Challenge began on December 9th, 2010.  That date is my 54th birthday and the beginning of a challenge to myself to design 55 quilts using 5" squares in my 55th year and blog about it.  The patterns for sale on this site were originally featured on my blog, The Double Nickel Quilt Challenge.
